Joe Myers, CEO of Tier One Roofing Solutions, is a U.S. Army veteran with over 21 years of service, including 56 months deployed in combat across multiple countries. As an Army Ranger, Joe earned numerous honors — including three Bronze Stars and the Meritorious Service Medal — reflecting the integrity, discipline, and leadership that continue to guide him today.
Those values didn’t end with his military career. They became the foundation for how he approaches business, service, and responsibility to others.
After retiring from the military, Joe turned his focus to a new mission: serving North Carolina homeowners. With over a decade of experience in the roofing industry, he founded Tier One Roofing Solutions to provide dependable roofing solutions rooted in honesty, fairness, and respect.
For Joe, roofing isn’t just a business — it’s a way to protect families, stand behind his work, and deliver peace of mind. When he’s not on the job, he values time with his kids, bringing the same dedication to family as he does to every project.
